I want to find out how to create an appointment in CRM
To create an appointment in the CRM, you can follow these steps:
Firstly, go to the Appointments category on the sidebar under the "Sales CRM" tab to view a list of appointments that have been set [[C2]].
Alternatively, if you're already on the "Contact's" tab, you can also access the same page by clicking on the Contacts category on the sidebar under the "Sales CRM" tab, then click on the "Appointments" tab [[C2]].
Once you're on the Appointments page, you can choose to view the appointments in either a Calendar View or a List View [[C2]]. The Calendar View will show you a visual representation of your appointments, with color-coding to indicate the type of appointment (e.g. Lead, Prospect, Client, or Other Events) [[C2]]. The List View will provide more detailed information about each appointment, including the location and agenda [[C2]].
To create a new appointment, you can click on the "Add New Meet Agent" button, which will allow you to add a new Meet Agent entry and set up a new appointment [[C4]]. You will need to select the company, enter the name of the agent, and optionally add a Gmail account and Google Calendar [[C4]].
You can also link the Meet Agent to a CRM user, which will allow them to access and manage the appointments [[C4]].
After setting up the Meet Agent, you can create a new appointment by clicking on the "Add New" button, and then filling in the details of the appointment, such as the date, time, and attendees [[C2]].
It's also important to note that there are four types of appointments: Lead appointment, Prospect appointment, Client appointment, and Other Events appointment [[C3]].
By following these steps, you should be able to create a new appointment in the CRM. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to ask.

how to add images to the product gallery?
To add images to the product gallery in Crystal Dash, follow these steps:
Firstly, click on the Products category on the sidebar to display the available options.
Secondly, from the dropdown list, click the Products sub-category to head on over to a page called the List of Products page.
Next, select the Company of the product you want to make changes to. If the item you'd like to add images to is not readily displayed, use the Search Bar to locate it.
From the list of products displayed, locate the product and click on the Edit button under it.
Next, scroll down to see the tabs section. Then, click on the Product Gallery tab.
You can just simply drag and drop or even browse the images you want to be added to the gallery of this product. (The allowable file extensions for file upload depend on what was set up into your company's CRM.)
You also have the option to edit or remove the pictures in the gallery.
Once you're done with the changes, select the Publish option then click the on button. After saving, you can check the image gallery on the front end when creating a quotation.
